Give Yourself the Day Off

Here's a fun exercise: take something about yourself you don't like. Something you need to work on. Something that is keeping you from true happiness.

Forget about it for today. Give yourself a break. I'm not talking about giving into it (i.e., smoking a an extra pack if you want to quit smoking). I'm talking about forgetting about it.

Sometimes when we don't give things power they're not as powerful.
